Preparations are underway for the second stage of the pilgrimage "From Ocean to Ocean" in America, which will begin in August this year. This time it will be a route from the Atlantic coast to the Pacific Ocean. The effort to carry out the pilgrimage is on the shoulders of Human Life International (HLI), an international organization defending life and the family founded by the world-famous Benedictine late. Father Paul Marx.
Fr. Peter West, vice president of HLI for Missions will be the custodian of the icon during the pilgrimage to the United States. He participated in the ceremony of dedication and application of the icon to the original, which began the first stage of the pilgrimage "From Ocean to Ocean". Facing the Icon of Czestochowa in the Jasna Gora Chapel, he first made the Act of entrusting the Protection of The Civilization of Life and Love Into the hands of The Most Blessed Virgin Mary (in English). Then the act was recited in Russian and Polish.

Organizers encourage American pro-lifers to approach their pastors and to be involved in the pilgrimage. As you can see there is still time and chance to invite the Mother of God to your own parish.
